The “Mel-Keeper” is a compact melting and holding furnace with graphite crucibles specially designed to melt continuously. It consists of an automatic, self loading preheating tower and crucible furnace, capable of melting all forms of charge material (eg. ingots, returns or scrap).  The “Mel-Keeper” furnace operates at high efficiency, with low metal loss due to oxidation, higher metal quality, tight temperature control and with self diagnostics and efficiency monitoring, requiring a small footprint. It is ideal for die casters and applications where continuous metal is required
